The St. Andrew’s Ball
Join us for our most anticipated event of the year, the St. Andrew’s Ball, to be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Pleasanton. This grand evening celebrates Scottish heritage with fine dining, ceilidh dancing, and great company.

- $99.00 per person
- $89.00 for current members (with $10 discount)

- Balsamic Chicken– Roasted Marinated Chicken Breast with Honey Balsamic Glaze and Pesto Capellini Pasta
- Roasted New York Striploin – With Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Mahi Mahi – Pan-seared with Soy Ginger Glaze, Pineapple Salsa, and Coconut Rice
- Vegetable Wellington – Grilled fresh vegetables with mushroom and Boursin cheese wrapped in Phyllo with roast red pepper, Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Special Features:
- Dessert Dash: Prepare for some sweet excitement with our Dessert Dash!
- Room Giveaway: Register by October 8 to be entered into a drawing for a free room for the night of the Ball.
- Prince Charles Pipe Club Band will be playing for the evening.
- Max Cruise will once again be gracing the stage.
- Highland Dancers will be performing for us during the festivities!
Event Schedule:
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Drinks can be purchased in our exclusive Scots’ Bar (Stadium Room)
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Check-in, find your table name, and pick up your place card (Olympic Ballroom Foyer)
- 5:30 PM: Doors to the Olympic Ballroom will open for guests to find their tables
- 6:00 PM: Guests seated at their tables
- 6:05 PM: Procession of the Officers, followed by a welcome and entertainment
- 6:45 PM: Dinner will be served, followed by ceilidh dancing with live music from Max Cruise
- 11:30 PM: Dancing concludes
- No-host bar: Open in the foyer outside the Ballroom during the evening for exclusive use of St. Andrew’s Ball guests. Feel free to join us afterward at the hotel bar!

Members of good standing can receive a discount of $10 on the ticket price. A unique code is required for online purchases. Please contact our Treasurer , Nikki, at treasurer@standrewseastbay.org to get your discount code. Codes are not transferable and can be used only once, but you will need a unique code for every member in your order. Copy the unique code received from Nikki to the Coupon Code area on the on-line order form then select Apply Coupon. Repeat this for each code in your party.
When purchasing a ticket, please have all guest’s names available, together with their selection for main course.
